ImportExportTools consente l'importazione/esportazione dei file di posta mbox in modo semplice, prevedendo le seguenti opzioni
- esportazione delle cartelle in un unico file (formato mbox), eventualmente con le sottocartelle
- esportazione di tutti i messaggi presenti nella cartella in file individuali (formato eml)
- esportazione di tutti i messaggi presenti nella cartella in file individuali (formato html o testo), con un indice
- creazione del solo indice dei messaggi contenuti in una cartella
- importazione di file mbox
- importazione di file eml singoli
- importazione di tutti file eml presenti in una directory
- salvataggio in formato eml/html/testo di multipli messaggi con un solo clic
Per l'esportazione, basterà cliccare con il tasto destro sulla cartella o sull'account e scegliere dal menù "Importa/esporta" la voce desiderata.
Le stesse opzioni sono accessibili dal menù Strumenti.
